Parts Supervisor Inbound & outbound parts telesales Bristol (BS4) £31,000 pa + bonus (OTE £37,200 pa) Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5:30pm + 1-in-3 Saturday mornings Renault Retail Group is looking for a Parts Supervisor to join our expanding Trade Parts Hub in Bristol, BS4. Current experience in automotive Parts office supervisor experience, either at a dealer group telesales department or at a motor factors organization, is essential. You will supervise a team of telesales operatives that carry out inbound and outbound calls to new and existing b2b trade customers, local and regional businesses and fleet clients with the objective of selling and promoting branded automotive car and LCV parts, accessories and consumables. The team’s objectives include achievement of sales targets, development of trade accounts and up-sale opportunities by phone and email, ensuring 98% or higher calls answered, ensuring consistent and accurate assignment of orders to the correct van routes within delivery van cut-off times, and delivering top quality customer service at all times. Duties will include Ensuring own and telesales team’s targets for sales volume and turnover are achieved Assisting with daily team management, performance, coaching and development Assisting management with recruitment, induction and training activities Helping to maintain optimal levels of customer service Monitoring systems, processes and interactions with colleagues outside the Parts Telesales teams with a view to reporting on areas of improvement as and when necessary You\’ll have career experience as a supervisor, senior or assistant manager experience in automotive parts telesales, in business-to-business, trade car and van parts, TPS or motor factor supply to fleet clientele. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5:30pm with 30 minute lunch break, plus 1-in-3 Saturday mornings 8:30am to 12:30pm. In return we offer a basic salary of £31,000 per annum, plus a monthly team bonus. OTE circa £37,200 pa.
