Up to £27,500 pa plus up to 15% bonus
Renault Bristol is looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy dealership on Whitby Road, Bristol (BS4 3QB)
You’ll be joining a Parts team that prides itself on providing excellent customer care. The role involves optimising the sale of all Parts and Accessory products to Retail and Trade Customers, the workshop and the Bodyshop
What you’ll be doing
Contacting distributors, fleet owners, trade outlets and shops to sell parts and accessories
Satisfying all customer requirements and increasing all aspects of the parts business through direct selling
Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with within required time frames
Storing all parts correctly
Stock management – assisting with warehouse duties, stock checking etc.
What you’ll bring
Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
Computer literate and ability to use online systems
A full UK driving licence
Working pattern
You\’ll be working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am-5.30pm with Saturday rota paid as overtime.
