Part-time Showroom Host / Meeter-Greeter at Renault Manchester, M3. Car Dealership Receptionist, Front of House. 29.25 hours per week.

Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday. Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. £19,012 pa (£12.50 per hour).

Renault Manchester is looking for a great individual with a professional telephone manner to join our customer-hosting Front-of-House team. Previous Front of House reception or hospitality experience is essential.

This is a pro-active role where a tremendous first impression is critically important, from a polite and attentive welcome to walk-in customers to a timely, professional and helpful response to phone and email enquiries.

You will be:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the relevant department in an attentive, helpful and welcoming manner.
  • Warmly welcoming customers, colleagues and VIPs to the dealership and directing them in a helpful manner.
  • Maintaining the showroom's point of sale material.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post.
  • Performing other front of house / customer service duties in line with the remit.

What you'll have:

  • Essential: Ability to work the required hours and shift pattern.
  • Extensive previous experience in a busy reception or meeter-greeter role.
  • IT literate: Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Within 30 minutes commute of our Dealership.

Desirable previous experience:

  • Operating a telephone switchboard.
  • Handling a computer-based messaging system.
  • Incoming/outgoing post and deliveries.

Working Pattern:

Alternate weeks, week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 08:00-18:00. Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday 08:00-18:00, Saturday 08:30-17:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00. Alternating (job share) with another Part-time Receptionist. Averaging 29.25 hours per week.

The role averages 29.25 hours per week and it would be great if you have a flexible approach to cover holidays, attend VIP events and training when necessary.

In return we will offer a basic salary of £19,012 per annum. This is equivalent to an hourly rate of £12.50 per hour, and will be paid monthly. Fringe benefits include 17 days annual leave, pension, employee benefits and discount scheme and superb career opportunities.
