Renault Cardiff is looking for a Sales Controller to join our busy dealership on Penarth Road (CF11). You will be assisting the New Car Sales Manager in implementing the new car sales policy.

What you will be doing:
- Developing the necessary sales volumes to meet sales and profitability objectives
- Maximising sales and profitability through satisfaction and retention of customers to meet sales forecast
- Ensuring budgets and sales objectives are met by support to direct selling staff, to control margin within each deal
- Help formulate marketing plan and initiate car sales promotions
- Reviewing all pricing policies, discounts with respect to sales to maintain dealership profitability
- Covering the Sales Manager duties in their absence
What you will bring:
- Experience in motor vehicle retail preferably with a main dealer
- A proven track record of successfully delivering monthly financial and volume-based targets
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service
- Determination to succeed and professionalism
- Full UK driving licence
Working pattern:
You will be working 45 hours per week. The working hours are Monday to Friday between 8am-6pm, Saturday 8.30am-5pm. With a day off during the week and no Sunday working as we are closed on that day.
