Location: Battersea Power Station, London SW11 8BJ
Salary: £30,000 pa OTE £42,000

Renault Retail Group has an incredible opportunity to be part of something exciting. We are looking for someone to share our vision and values as a Brand Ambassador and become part of the Renaultion, the future is EV!
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our company, responsible for promoting and selling vehicles and merchandise while ensuring a positive customer experience. Your role involves building strong relationships with customers, enhancing brand awareness, and contributing to the company’s sales goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining our brand's values, adhering to corporate policies, and delivering high-quality customer service.
You must hold a Full UK Driver’s license to be considered for this role (automatic only can also be considered).
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience working in luxury retail (automotive experience not essential as full training will be provided)
- Ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Full UK driving licence (automatic only accepted) not more than 6 points
Working pattern:
The working hours will be 40 hours per week (not including 1 hour lunch break). It is 5 days per week with 2 days off per week which will not be the same each week. The working hours will include weekends on a rota. The shifts are 10am – 7pm or 11am – 8pm on Monday – Saturday and 12 noon to 6pm on Sunday.
