Alpine Trainee Sales Executive (Apprenticeship) Level 4 Certificate in Sales qualification with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP) Manchester dealership, M3 £22,000 per annum + uncapped commission Renault Retail Group is looking for an Alpine Trainee Sales Executive to join our Sales team at our Manchester dealership. This is a 15-month programme where you will receive specialist training and valuable experience in automotive retail sales and be granted the job title of Trainee Sales Executive. As an Alpine Trainee Sales Executive, you could be involved in a variety of tasks such as: Greet, manage and respond to incoming enquiries (physical, telephone, digital) Understand incremental sales and profit opportunities Learn, develop and understand selling high value vehicles Utilise sales tools such as Citnow, FISC, Autotrader (Dealer Portal) Have knowledge of and develop knowledge around the customer handover Attend online webinars, 121 teaching & learning sessions Understand the importance of accurately recording customer details Act as a Brand Ambassador for Alpine and Renault Retail Group, attend events and build strong customer relationships Hours The role will operate 5 days a week up to an average of 40 hours per week. Weekend days will be included in your 5 days-a-week rota. Weekday hours will be 8:30am to 5:30pm Saturdays 8:30am to 5pm Sundays 10am to 4pm. Once you have completed the 15 month programme, successful Trainee Sales Executives will be positioned into a full-time permanent role as an Alpine Specialist. Along with a pay rise, after successfully passing the Apprenticeship scheme, our Alpine Specialists will enjoy benefits including a company car*, 25 days holiday, pension including life assurance, employee and family discounts on products and services, eye care vouchers, subsidised car option after 3 months’ service* and career opportunities within the Group. *subject to holding a full driving licence Key requisites As you'll be selling luxury, high value products, previous experience within luxry retail sales is beneficial. Knowledge and a passion for the automotive sector and motorsport is essential. GCSEs qualifications are required with grades 9-4/A*- C or Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths and English or equivalent. Not having this does not make you ineligible for the course, however you would need to complete an additional L2 qualification which can be done concurrently with the apprenticeship. As an Alpine Trainee Sales Executive it would be ideal if you are able to drive our excellent range of cars that we offer our customers. Academy format and details This is a Sales Executive Academy. Training is delivered on a hybrid basis, including online learning and assignments via our learning management portal (Aptem) AND block releases with the Pareto Training Centre, based in London West: one block session of 3 days and attend a further eight 1-day sessions over the 15-month duration of the Academy. All associated costs for training are met by Renault Retail Group/the programme and there will be no cost to yourself/your parents or guardians. A dedicated Pareto training assessor will make monthly contact for online support, guidance and progress reviews in preparation for Manager appraisals which happen every 6 weeks. You will also be assigned a workplace buddy for support in dealership. You will be supported throughout the Academy by our Apprenticeship Partner, Pareto. The Academy will result in you achieving a Level 4 Certificate in Sales qualification with the Institute of Sales Professionals (ISP).
