Aftersales Manager Renault Enfield (EN1) £52,000 pa basic salary + OTE £65,000 pa + Car Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week Join Our Leadership Team at Renault Enfield Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Aftersales Manager to lead our Service and Parts operation at Renault Enfield. This is a significant management opportunity within one of our established London dealerships, overseeing a sizeable Aftersales operation that supports retail, fleet, and commercial vehicle customers. This opportunity has arisen due to the planned retirement of a member of our management team following 14 years of service with Renault Retail Group. While we continue to celebrate their contribution to the business, we are also looking forward to welcoming their successor and supporting them as they take forward this established and successful Aftersales operation. You'll be responsible for the performance, profitability, customer experience, and day-to-day leadership of both the Service and Parts departments, working closely with the Head of Business and wider management team to deliver strong operational results and excellent customer outcomes. The operation includes an established workshop consisting of Technicians, customer-facing Service Advisors, additional support staff, and a Parts Department, giving the successful candidate responsibility for a substantial Aftersales operation across Service and Parts.
