Join Our Sales Team at Renault Watford. Renault Retail Group is looking for an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our team at Renault Watford, based at Watford Business Park (WD18). This role offers the opportunity to work across both New and Used vehicle sales, providing variety in your day-to-day responsibilities and broader exposure across the full product range. The position involves working with Renault, Dacia, and approved used vehicles, supported by strong enquiry levels, established processes, and a consistent flow of customer opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Welcoming customers and understanding their needs in a friendly and professional way.
  • Presenting both new and used vehicles, including features, options and comparisons.
  • Arranging and conducting test drives.
  • Supporting customers through the full sales process, from enquiry to handover.
  • Presenting finance, insurance and add-on products in a clear and compliant way.
  • Handling documentation, payments and order processing.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and opportunities.
  • Delivering a high-quality vehicle handover experience.
  • Building repeat business through follow-up and ongoing customer contact.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in automotive sales, ideally within a main dealer.
  • A professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • A structured and organised way of working.
  • Confidence managing a varied workload across both new and used vehicle sales.
  • A consistent approach to delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Licence Requirement

A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic vehicles) is essential for this role.

Hours & Pay

Working hours (rota basis): 2-week rotation (5 days / 6 days)

  • 4 weekdays between Monday-Friday: 8:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • Alternate Sundays: 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.

Monday through Saturday shifts include a 1-hour break; Sunday operates as a shorter continuous shift.

Pay: £26,000 pa basic salary, OTE £52,000 pa, achievable, regularly reached and uncapped.
