Finalités de la mission (Objectifs / projets) :

Dans le cadre de l’arrivée des nouvelles lignes de fabrication de moteur électrique et des augmentations capacitaires, nous modifions et créons de nouveaux process et des nouveaux flux. Notre périmètre d’intervention part de la gare routière jusqu’aux lignes d’assemblage.

  • Flux Rang 0 : Gare routière vers stocks
  • Flux Rang 1 : Stock vers des zones d’échanges (kitting/picking)
  • Flux rang 2 : Flux -automatisés- des zones d’échanges vers les lignes de fabrication ainsi que certains flux à l’intérieur de la ligne de fabrication.

Activité de la mission (description du poste) :

En collaboration avec l’équipe projet, l’apprenti participera à la réalisation des missions suivantes :

  • Etudes de flux AVP : VSM, diagrammes de flux, implantation, simulation statique / dynamique.
  • Conception et installation des flux rang 1 et 2 : création de zones de picking / kitting et mise en place de flux automatisés (AGV, AMH) vers les lignes de fabrication des moteurs électriques.
  • Fiabilisation et montée en performance des flux installés : utilisation des outils du Lean Manufacturing.
  • Utilisation et mise en place de Dashboard Spotfire.
  • Utilisation et mise en place de monitoring de flux automatisés.
  • Modélisation en 3D des flux et process.
  • Rédaction de CDC, consultation de fournisseurs, planification et suivi de chantier.
  • Suivi de travaux nécessaires à la mise en place des flux en accompagnement de personnes expérimentées.
  • Avec de possible intervention pendant les arrêts de ligne l’été.

La réalisation de l’ensemble de ces missions pourra dépendre de la charge de travail et des spécificités des problématiques du moment. Un bon relationnel est essentiel pour interagir avec toutes les entités du Process engineering, du manufacturing et de la supply chain afin de mener à bien ces missions.

Compétences clés requises :

  • Savoir être : politesse ! et communication régulière avec son entourage
  • Anglais : Est un plus
  • Bureautique (Excel, Word, PowerPoint ..) : Outils nécessaires pour les présentations et analyses
  • Outil du digital : à l’aide avec les outils de conception 3D et de programmation pour réalisation de tableaux de bord

Durée du contrat : 36 mois
