Renault Romford is seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team. Located on the Southend Arterial Road (RM3), this role combines customer service with workshop coordination and senior-level support.
You’ll help maintain customer satisfaction, efficiency, and manufacturer compliance, while supporting colleagues and acting as a senior contact when needed. Monday–Friday with an optional Saturday rota; £36,750 basic, OTE £44,100, plus ECOS car scheme.
