Area Manager – Aftersales at Renault UK limited (Renault Group UK).
Department: Aftersales; Team: Network Aftersales.
Location: Field, North of England and Northern Ireland.
Contract: Full‑time, Permanent.
Responsibilities
- Deliver commercial results, including customer experience and loyalty targets, through effective communication, performance reviews, action planning and forecasting.
- Define and deliver area/investor strategy to achieve short‑, mid‑ and long‑term goals.
- Strategically manage the Aftersales area, working closely with focus groups and sites through structured visit cycles, clear agendas and robust performance reporting.
- Oversee deployment of new Aftersales business opportunities in alignment with stakeholders across trade, body, Motrio, fleet, oil and tyres.
- Ensure the network aligns with Renault Group UK’s core priorities, programmes and initiatives to support long‑term sustainability.
- Measure success against key performance indicators such as total turnover, VOC, CX, Service Plan & 10‑year parc penetration and the People Index.
