Are you looking to join Renault Group as the Regional Trade Parts & Motrio Manager, responsible for driving network trade parts performance?
We are seeking a dynamic individual to achieve the total trade sales-out budget for the region, which includes Mechanical, Body-Segment Parts, and our own brand, Motrio. You will also be responsible for meeting the total parts sales-in budget for the region.
A key aspect of the role will be to implement trade marketing programs, platforms, incentives, and initiatives to enhance the commercial performance of OEM, Motrio, and Fast Parts Service channels. A core responsibility is to collaborate with the RGUK dealer network of trade and elite sites to boost parts turnover. Additionally, you will also align with Aftermarket Automotive Services dealer group reviews to set and follow up on trade actions, providing insights, presentations and visit reports.
Your role will involve working with existing and new dealer groups to address trade open points in the region and expand the Motrio network of Independent Motor Traders by volume and turnover. You will ensure compliance with audit standards and service levels for trade businesses. Furthermore, you will organise regional trade events to deploy key initiatives in OEM trade and Motrio, supporting the corporate trade manager on trade sales through trade sites. Success in this role will be measured by trade sales-out turnover, total parts vs. budget, Motrio turnover, and Managed Supply Chain volume.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You will also be a strategic thinker. A thorough understanding of the franchised network and automotive aftermarket, coupled with experience in wholesale and trade, is essential.
The package includes a contributory pension scheme, an Employee Car Ownership Plan, a Car Loan Plan Scheme, medical cover, share options, and flexible benefits tailored to suit your needs. We believe in hybrid working and flexibility, requiring a minimum of two days in the office, with the option to work remotely or from the office for the remaining three days. Regular all-company gatherings help us stay connected and engaged.
As part of one of the largest automotive groups in the world, we pride ourselves on fostering a friendly, collaborative, and inclusive work environment. We offer continuous learning opportunities, along with clear pathways for career development and progression.
The benefits package also includes:
- Potential to earn a performance-based bonus, tied to both company and personal achievements
- Life Assurance and Income Protection
- Private dental care, offered through our flexible benefits program
- Contributions toward eye tests and glasses
- Access to GymFlex and the Cycle to Work scheme

- Exclusive employee savings rates with our partner, RCI Bank
- Retail discounts for employees
- Friends & Family discounts on Renault Group vehicles
- Enhanced maternity, paternity, parental, partner, and shared parental leave
- "Refer a Friend" recruitment incentive scheme
These benefits are designed to support your well-being, both professionally and personally. Applications should be received by 7th June 2025.
