Mobilize is the brand of Renault Group in charge of delivering energy services to support the energy transition in automotive. We aim to offer customers a complete sustainable ecosystem of products and services to ease the transition to electric vehicles. Mobilize Power Solutions is our specialist provider of EV charging infrastructure and charge points which are compatible with all vehicle brands and models; installed at home, at the workplace and on the road. We also have services such as ‘Smart Charge’, an app that enables efficient charging, or ‘Charge Pass’ that gives you access to the biggest public infrastructure of EV charging in Europe.
What will you be doing?
Mobilize is seeking a highly motivated apprentice. Alongside your apprenticeship studies, you’ll support in the monthly reporting and animation of live energy services in the UK within our high performing team.
It will be your responsibility to develop and deliver monthly animation kits to Renault Group UK and Mobilize Financial Services teams. You will also be the key contact point between HQ product owners and the UK market, so will be communicating main customer needs to ensure product development aligns with the local market. You will also be assisting in deploying a social media strategy which complies with HQ guidelines.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing and other CRM teams to ensure content is up to date as well as helping to deliver campaigns. You will also help with financial and commercial reporting of MPS Business to Consumer (B2C) sales; therefore, strong numerical skills are essential for this role.

What do we offer?
This is an 18-24 month, fixed term contract.
Throughout your time with us, you will build key skills and a portfolio of evidence to demonstrate that you meet the key competencies to progress your career with us. At the end of the training programme, depending upon your performance and the availability of suitable vacancies, you may be offered a permanent role.
We believe in hybrid working and flexibility and operate a minimum of two days in the office with the remaining three days remote or office working.
