We are looking for someone to lead the digital performance plan for the Renault Group brands, owning and aligning pay-per-click, social, display and CRM. A key part of the role is leading the first- and third-party data agenda, harnessing the data for CRM and digital marketing, as well as providing insight and reporting.
The job holder will lead both the digital performance and CRM teams across Renault and Dacia. A core responsibility will be to own and optimise the media budget across pay-per-click, social, display, aggregators and affiliates. Furthermore, you will deliver regular reporting on demand generation, with data and insight.
Success will be measured via leads, key online interactions and database size/contactability. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, reporting and analytical skills. Solid skills in digital media delivery, evaluation and optimisation are also required. A strategic and inquisitive mindset is critical.
Employee Car Ownership Plan (ECOP): Running costs including road fund licence and insurance are included.
Loan Plan: For a monthly salary deduction, you and your close family members can loan up to two Renault vehicles. Running costs including road fund licence and insurance are included.
