Responsibilities
- Achievement of commercial sales objectives including but not limited to unit volume, penetrations and retention, whilst ensuring good customer outcomes.
- Deploy and manage MFS dealer oversight framework within your territory.
- Manage commercial dealer/group relationships, oversight & performance [at all levels] through physical/virtual meetings.
- Manage internal stakeholder relationships and take the role of conduit between dealers and internal MFS departments.
- Improve performance through delivering training and coaching whilst monitoring the completion of training standards via the MFS learning management system.
- Manage relationships with all OEM brand and third‑party counterparts.
- Support launch of all quarterly brand campaigns within dealer networks.
- Field deployment of all dealer digital initiatives.
- Ensure personal continuous development in all areas of the Account Manager role.
- To comply with all regulatory obligations, company procedures and standards.
