Are you looking to join Renault Group UK as our Area Sales Manager? You will be the principal lead and contact sales representative for the organisation. You will work collaboratively with the various head office stakeholders to achieve commercial and strategic objectives for a specific geographical partner area β North (Barnsley - Newcastle).

What will you be doing? We are looking for an individual to be the link between the partner network and Renault Group, providing constructive feedback and market intelligence to help shape future programme development. At partner level, you will be deploying, managing and animating the sales and quality strategy to drive and achieve commercial objectives.
The job holder will build positive and collaborative relationships with the dealer partners, based on a value-added approach to their operations. You will coordinate, chair and manage business reviews to CEO level as well as agree any improvement direction.
A core responsibility will be actively providing program offers and activity feedback to the relevant brand, marketing and quality teams, along with market intelligence. Additionally, you will work with the network development team on future capability and brand alignment to strategic direction.
Success will be measured via sales performance, orders, registrations, order conversion to registration, quality indicators and vehicle stock management.
Who are you? The successful candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills. You are a motivated, confident and professional individual with a high level of motivation. Knowledge of key industry trends and influences is desired. You have experience implementing strategy and direction, as well as managing risk and conducting regular business reviews. Additionally, experience handling business financials and operating within the retail marketplace is valued.
