We are looking to expand our well‑established organisation with a Junior Buyer who is motivated to contribute significantly to our relentless pursuit of excellence. Based at Enstone, this role will play a crucial part in supporting our F1 operations and ensuring we have the right goods and services at the right time to push for podiums and race wins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procuring goods and services in accordance with Alpine Racing Purchasing Rules.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and communicating key updates to the Procurement Manager.
  • Supporting value creation, performance improvement and operational efficiency in line with KPIs and SLAs.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Supporting the sourcing process, including issuing RFQs, raising purchase orders, issuing free‑issue components, and resolving invoice queries.
  • Progress‑chasing open purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and accurate receipt of goods.
  • Managing purchase orders for external processing requirements where needed.
  • Performing additional ad‑hoc duties as required by the Procurement Manager.

Qualifications and Competencies

We are seeking someone with a keen interest in procurement within a high‑performance technology environment, ideally with experience in purchasing goods and services that support technical operations. The ideal candidate will bring the following:

  • ERP system experience (Microsoft AX preferred but not essential).
  • Strong communication skills – clear, concise, confident.
  • Good numeracy skills and proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • An understanding of how Purchasing contributes to wider company goals.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the business.
  • A resilient, proactive, can‑do attitude, with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • A strong sense of ownership and determination to deliver.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting operational demands.
