This role will be based in Enstone.**The Role**As an Inspector, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring our components meet the rigorous standards required to deliver performance on track. You’ll be hands-on with measuring and checking parts against specification, carrying out metrology and analysis tasks, and working to technical drawings to guarantee compliance.This role offers exposure to all areas of the car, with responsibility for inspecting a diverse range of components. Working closely with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leader, you’ll help maintain the efficient processing and release of workload, a pivotal contribution to our championship success.**Key Responsibilities*** Inspect and measure components to ensure conformance with technical drawings and specifications* Perform metrology and analysis tasks using advanced inspection equipment* Collaborate with the Quality Control Manager and Team Leader to resolve quality issues* Maintain accurate records and report non-conformances promptly* Support efficient workflow to meet race and development schedules* Knowledge, Skills, and Experience* Recognised Apprenticeship or relevant inspection experience* Strong numerical ability and confidence interpreting engineering specifications* Proficiency in programming CMMs with PC-DMIS* Experience using inspection arms with PolyWorks* Solid understanding of GD&T* PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office**Personal Attributes*** Self-motivated and proactive with exceptional attention to detail* Well-organised with strong time management skills* Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines* Team player who contributes effectively to shared priorities set by the Team Leader.**Our offer to you:**We offer our employees a competitive salary and an excellent suite of benefits including BUPA private medical insurance, private pension, bonus scheme, subsidised canteen and free onsite gym.
