This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to build on their experience within a dynamic and ambitious organisation.### **What You’ll Be Doing**As Financial Reporting Manager, you will:**Financial Reporting & Month-End*** Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, including insightful variance analysis* Own key areas of revenue and cost accounting end-to-end* Deliver timely reporting through the Group reporting system* Ensure balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliations**Statutory Reporting & Audit*** Play a key role in preparing statutory accounts* Partner with external auditors, managing audit deliverables and queries* Monitor changes in accounting standards and assess business impact**Controls & Governance*** Strengthen and maintain financial controls across reporting processes* Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance frameworks* Support internal audits and continuous improvement of controls**Stakeholder Management*** Collaborate with FP&A, treasury, and operational teams* Support delivery of shareholder reporting packs* Act as deputy to the Financial Controller when required**Technical Expertise*** Provide guidance on complex accounting matters* Prepare technical accounting papers for key judgements### **What You’ll Bring*** Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)* At least 1+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in financial reporting* Strong Excel and analytical skills* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment* Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels* Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindset### **Who You Are**You thrive in a high-performance environment and bring:* Strong attention to detail and accuracy* Excellent time management and organisational skills* A collaborative, team-oriented approach* A proactive attitude with a drive to improve and develop### **Why join us?**You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performance Finance team with real exposure to decision‐making at the heart of the business.
