Are you looking to join Renault Group UK as our Area Manager Aftersales? You will drive the strategic alignment of Aftersales programmes and KPIs at a senior level within the network, helping to support performance and business growth.

What will you be doing? We are looking for someone to deliver the achievement of commercial results, such as customer experience and loyalty targets, through effective communication, performance reviews, action planning, and forecasting. The job holder will define and deliver the area/investor strategy to achieve short/mid/long-term goals. A key part of the role is the strategic management of the Aftersales area, working closely with focus groups and sites through structured visit cycles, clear agendas, and robust performance reporting. A core responsibility will be overseeing the deployment of new Aftersales business opportunities, working in alignment with key stakeholders across trade, body, Motrio, fleet, oil, and tyres. In addition, you will ensure the network is aligned with Renault Group UK’s core priorities, programmes, and initiatives to support long-term network sustainability.
Success will be measured across key performance indicators, including total turnover within the area, Voice of Customer (VOC) scores in area, Customer Experience (CX) scores in area, Service Plan penetration in area, 10-year parc penetration in area, and the People Index in area.
Who are you? The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen as well as effective stakeholder management skills. Solid presentation, communication, organisation, influencing and strategic thinking skills are essential.
