The Credit Operations Support Advisor will demonstrate strong problem-solving and excellent telephone skills, acting as a proactive and professional point of contact between MFS and the Dealer/Broker Network. The role provides essential administrative and operational support to Credit Analysts and Financial Crime Analysts, contributing to the efficient delivery of credit operations and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Respond to dealer enquiries promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
- Provide administrative and operational support to Credit Analysts, including activities such as Appeals and Open Banking processes.
- Ensure all proposal copy requests are completed in line with agreed processes, procedures, and Service Quality Commitments.
- Maintain call quality standards in line with defined expectations and call monitoring requirements.
- Support the achievement of departmental Service Quality Commitments (SQCs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), while consistently delivering high service standards.
- Work collaboratively across Credit Operations and the wider business to support colleagues and shared objectives.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant legislation, including the Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering Regulations, Data Protection Act, and the FLA Code of Practice.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RCI products, services, and processes.
- Actively support fraud prevention measures and protect the business from financial and reputational risk.
