Wingstop UK is seeking an Assistant Manager for one of our dine-in restaurants in the UK. You’ll work with the General Manager to drive performance, develop your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience, taking ownership of day-to-day operations and ensuring shifts run smoothly.
You'll lead, coach and motivate Shift Managers and Crew, supporting recruitment, training and onboarding, while upholding food quality, service standards and cleanliness.
