Sous Chef Salary Up to £34k inclusive of tronc.

This is a busy Restaurant situated in one of London\’s most iconic and foodie locations. We are now seeking a dedicated Sous Chef to join their well-established team. Serving vibrant and fresh cuisine from The Levant and Eastern Med, this establishment is looking for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to help manage the kitchens operation.

As Sous Chef you will aid in devising new menus with the Head Chef, you will oversee the H&S related matters within the Kitchen and manage a team of Chefs. We are looking for a natural team leader who will recruit, train and develop the brigade in achieving continued success.

Applicants must be enthusiastic, professional, and passionate, with exceptional culinary skills and management experience.
