An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of a wonderful Restaurant in Central London.
The operation offers an excellent and innovative dining experience.
The company has a comprehensive expansion plan, so we are looking for an individual willing to start a long‑term relationship.
This is a Michelin Standard operation; the ideal candidate will need experience in a high‑end, fine dining environment.
Michelin star or Rosette experience is a must to be considered for this role.
The ideal Senior Sous Chef will be well‑organised, strong, and able to develop new menus alongside the Head Chef and Executive Chef.
The Sous Chef will need to maintain the smooth running of the kitchen and bring senior‑level experience of at least 3 years, with a focus on fresh and seasonal produce.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the consistent smooth running of the back‑of‑house department.
- Control stock purchasing, receipt, storage, preparation and service with regard to quality, quantity and safety.
- Maintain a high level of food quality and production.
- Ensure food operations are controlled to meet desired cost of sales, maximise potential and optimise resources.
- Maintain security of all foods, chemicals and equipment by following Health and Safety Policy procedures.
- Organise orders.
- Prepare staff rotas.
- Ensure all training and development, together with health & safety regulations, are completed.
