We are on the lookout for a strong and experienced Senior General Manager for a well-known, award-winning contemporary casual dining restaurant in Central London. This restaurant is part of a big group, well known for their modern touch and excellent standards. The company is based on a trendy dining concept, offering one of the best dining experiences in London. This restaurant is an all-day offer, so as a GM you will be used to high volume and able to look after a big team. This is a fast-paced operation that requires a very well-organised and charismatic persona capable of multitasking.

We are looking for a strong individual who will be able to look after a large team in a fast-paced operation. Commercial acumen is essential, together with previous exposure to P&L and company finance. To be considered for the role, candidates must have experience in a similar environment covering the role for at least 3 years. We are looking for a stable career path and plenty of love for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train and develop the team
  • Guarantee the communication between all departments
  • Ensure the company standards and procedures are respected at all times
  • Ensure the restaurant and equipment are always clean and correctly set up
  • Work alongside the Operations Director with a proactive attitude
  • Lead the team by example, helping them and training each team member up to standard
  • Financially aware and experienced
  • Guarantee maintenance of Health and Safety
