A fantastic Sous Chef opportunity to join one of the most exciting restaurants in London has just come in. We are looking for a confident, experienced Sous Chef (possibly Junior Sous) to get on board now and help grow with this stunning restaurant. You will be offered menu input and you will work side by side with the Snr Sous Chef & Head Chef.
If you are a classically trained Junior Sous Chef, with Michelin experience and are ready to take on this hands-on role, get in touch now. Ideally looking for a perfectionist, natural leader that enjoys bringing the best out of the brigade and striving to be the best. This is now an established site with a secure brigade in place.
