Role Summary
The Global Benefits & Mobility Specialist supports the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility and local HR teams in the day-to-day coordination and administration of global benefits and mobility programs, helping to deliver a consistent employee experience across regions.
This role is execution-focused and provides operational support across benefits and international mobility, working closely with the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility, local HR, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver a seamless, compliant, and high-quality employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Benefits
- Support day-to-day administration of the global benefits programs (health, risk, retirement, wellness) in partnership with the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility and local HR.
- Support escalated employee queries and issue resolution, partnering with the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility and local HR as needed.
- Coordinate with brokers, insurers, and vendors to support enrollments, changes, and escalations.
- Support and execute annual cycles, including renewals and open enrollment.
- Maintain benefits documentation and employee communications.
- Mobility
(Scope includes assignments, relocation, immigration, tax coordination, and vendor management).
- Support the coordination of international assignments and relocations in partnership with the VP, Global Benefits & Mobility and local HR.
- Coordinate with immigration, tax, and relocation providers to support compliant and timely case delivery.
- Track mobility cases, timelines, and required documentation.
- Support employees and managers throughout the assignment lifecycle.
- Employee Engagement & Experience
- Support the delivery of benefits and mobility-related communications to employees.
- Assist with employee engagement initiatives (e. g., surveys, events, onboarding touchpoints).
- Help translate employee feedback into actionable improvements within benefits and mobility programs.
- Contribute to creating a consistent and positive employee experience across regions.
- Partner with HR teams to support engagement efforts tied to key programs and employee lifecycle moments.
- Operations & Delivery
- Ensure accurate data management within HR systems (e. g., Workday)
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance to support program delivery
- Maintain trackers, reporting, and process documentation
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and the employee experience
Qualifications & Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in HR, benefits, mobility, or HR operations
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating multi-stakeholder processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
