We have a great opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to help accelerate our growth across key international markets. This is a wide‑ranging and high‑impact role perfect for a proactive, creative and ambitious marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with the Head of Field Marketing, reporting directly to them, and with a strong dotted line reporting relationship to the Marketing Lead for the Middle East. You will also closely collaborate with other Regional Marketing Managers as well as cross‑functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing and Go‑To‑Market to deliver high‑impact activity that accelerates customer acquisition, cross‑sell and retention. You will have ownership of campaign execution, contribute to strategic planning and help shape our regional marketing approach.

Job Responsibilities
  • Leading the planning and execution of multi‑channel regional marketing campaigns within an agreed budget.
  • Working alongside Sales colleagues to understand and quantify opportunities in local markets.
  • Partnering with Product Marketing to ensure messaging is locally relevant and inclusive.
  • Creating and delivering campaign assets using tools such as Canva, Marketo and Knak.
  • Monitoring and reporting outcomes through Marketo and CRM dashboards to inform future activity.
  • Sharing marketing plans and insights clearly and effectively with cross‑functional partners and senior leadership.
  • Supporting lead conversion and collaborating with Sales to identify content that progresses opportunities through the pipeline.
  • Ensuring accurate and meaningful records of activity and customer engagement are maintained using CRM and automation tools.
  • Analysing regional market dynamics and transforming insights into accessible, compelling content and strategies.
  • Demonstrating strong understanding of the Renaissance brand, EdTech landscape and customer needs.
Who We Are Looking For

You’re an organised, hands‑on marketer who brings energy, creativity and strong commercial awareness. You enjoy balancing strategy with execution and take pride in delivering high‑quality work.

Experience You Can Bring Includes
  • Previous experience working within a marketing environment – SaaS/Tech would be great.
  • Experience in lead and demand generation.
  • Confident with CRM and databases, bonus points for Salesforce!
  • Also other marketing tools that support our data driven approach.
  • Global growth mindset – this is an impactful role within our GTM teams.
  • Super organised able to prioritise and communicate effectively.
  • Willing to work earlier hours to support the Middle East team where needed.
  • Able to travel to customer events where needed.
  • True collaborator with a curious mind – able to network and build relationships both with internal teams and external partners.
Additional Information

This role is a Hybrid role (3 days in the office) based out of our London Head office (Brentford, TW8 9AG) with the expectation of some travel to other offices as required for team events.
