We’re looking for a creative storyteller to join our team as a Marketing Content Specialist! In this role, you’ll craft compelling, research-driven content that sparks curiosity, builds meaningful connections with our audience, and drives business growth. You’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, collaborating with talented colleagues across the organization to bring our mission to life through words that inspire and engage.

Job Responsibilities
  • Partner with marketing teammates to develop content that generates excitement for our products while nurturing long-term customer relationships.
  • Craft and refine diverse content formats—from emails and video scripts to blog posts, articles, social media content, and press releases.
  • Keep our website fresh and relevant by collaborating with stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Review long‑form content to ensure consistent messaging, style, and brand voice.
  • Work alongside all marketing teams to amplify content distribution and maximise business impact.
  • Contribute to webinar strategies that deepen customer engagement and create new opportunities.
  • Partner with growth marketing on publication advertising—managing calendars, logistics, and budgets.
  • Track and share insights on content performance as part of our ongoing learning culture.
  • Stay current with industry trends and share valuable insights with the team.
  • Jump in on special projects that move our marketing initiatives forward.
Your Background
  • Experience creating editorial content in education, edtech, marketing/communications agencies, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
  • A track record of developing content that drives demand and strengthens brand identity.
  • Curiosity about content marketing trends and audience behaviour in the edtech space.
  • Exceptional communication abilities—both written and verbal.
  • Experience thriving in collaborative, cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A detail‑oriented approach combined with big‑picture thinking.
  • You’re a natural collaborator who also works effectively with autonomy.
  • You embrace fast‑paced environments and adapt gracefully to shifting priorities.
  • You’re proactive, resourceful, and bring positive energy to everything you do.

This role is a Hybrid role based out of our office in Brentford (2 days a week) with the expectation of some travel to other offices as required for the team. We offer a basic salary between £35‑40,000 per annum. Plus lots of amazing benefits.

Location: We are currently located in Brentford but will relocate to another West London location later in 2026.
