We are seeking a Salesforce CPQ Analyst based in the UK to support our expanding global Salesforce CPQ+ platform. This role will be primarily focused on configuring and maintaining the Global CPQ product and pricing catalogue, which includes both digital and physical products.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Salesforce CPQ+ in complex environments, with an emphasis on bundles, tiered pricing, discount schedules, and approval rules. You will work independently on global configuration needs, while collaborating with a senior CPQ specialist and supporting North American quoting processes as time permits.

Salesforce Analyst Job Responsibilities

  • Own the configuration of Global product and pricing catalogs within Salesforce CPQ+
  • Maintain and enhance CPQ components such as Product Rules, Price Rules, Quote Templates, Bundles, and Approval Rules
  • Collaborate with Product Operations and regional Sales and Operations teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions
  • Coordinate with North American CPQ resources to ensure consistency and efficiency across quoting regions
  • Ensure configuration alignment with business requirements and global standards

Skills And Experience Required

  • Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ+, including complex product configurations and pricing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of CPQ data structures such as Products, Price Books, Quote Line Editor, and configuration rules
  • Demonstrated experience with bundles, discounts, multi-currency pricing, advanced approvals, and approval rules
  • Experience working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Comfortable working independently and coordinating across time zones

Added Bonus If You Have The Following

  • Experience with physical goods logistics or fulfilment workflows
  • Background in education technology or subscription-based SaaS
  • Familiarity with Shopify or eCommerce platforms

Additional information:

We offer a salary of between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus company benefits. This role is based remotely in the UK.
