As an Education Adviser, you'll partner with Multi-Academy Trusts (MATs) across England, building trusted relationships with senior leaders and assessment specialists to help them maximise the value of our solutions.
This is a highly consultative role that combines educational expertise, relationship management, training, data insights, and customer success.
You'll work closely with Trust leaders to understand their priorities, support implementation, drive engagement, and ensure schools are achieving meaningful outcomes from their investment in Renaissance.

What you’ll be involved in
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with MAT leaders, assessment leads, and senior school stakeholders.
- Understand each Trust's goals and priorities, helping them achieve success through effective use of Renaissance solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted adviser for your portfolio of MATs.
- Manage annual contract renewals, ensuring customers continue to receive solutions that meet their evolving needs.
- Support customers throughout their journey, from implementation through to ongoing adoption and success.
- Deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and presentations, both independently and alongside our training team.
- Analyse and interpret school and Trust-level data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for development.
- Present findings and recommendations to school leaders and Trust leadership teams.
- Help customers turn data into actionable insights that support teaching, learning, and pupil progress.
- Attend educational conferences, events, and exhibitions as required.
- Act as an ambassador for Renaissance, combining educational expertise with a deep understanding of our solutions.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about education, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by helping schools achieve positive outcomes .
You may be a great fit if you have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience working within schools and a strong understanding of the education sector.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with experience engaging a range of audiences.
- The ability to analyse data and communicate findings clearly to different stakeholders.
- Experience building positive relationships with senior leaders and influencing decision-making.
- We'd be particularly interested if you also have
- Knowledge of the Multi-Academy Trust landscape in England.
- Experience in customer success, account management, education consultancy, or a commercially focused role.
- Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform.
- Confidence identifying opportunities to grow customer engagement and retention .

This is role is a fixed term 12-month contract.
This is a remote position however there is an expectation with some travel for customer meetings, events or team days as needed - approximately once a month.
