About this Role
Are you passionate about helping children find their voice and reach their full potential? At Renaissance Education, we're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech and Language Therapist to join our expanding multidisciplinary clinical team within our specialist therapeutic schools.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of children and young people with a range of complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), learning disabilities, speech sound disorders and social communication difficulties. Working collaboratively with teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, families and external professionals, you'll deliver high-quality, evidence-based assessments and interventions that support communication, learning, emotional wellbeing and independence.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload while being part of a highly supportive team that values innovation, collaboration and professional development. We believe therapy should be integrated into every aspect of school life, creating communication-rich environments where every child can thrive. Whether delivering individual therapy, supporting classroom practice, contributing to EHCPs or training staff, your expertise will play a vital role in transforming outcomes for our pupils.
If you're an HCPC-registered Speech and Language Therapist looking for a rewarding role where you can see the impact of your work every day, we'd love to hear from you. Join Renaissance Education and help us empower every child to communicate with confidence, connect with others and achieve their full potential.
