We understand that creating a culture of safety, trust and belonging is fundamental to helping them thrive academically, socially and emotionally. Our approach is rooted in kindness, compassion and a commitment to understanding the individual needs of every child. Working Together to Keep Children Safe Safeguarding is a shared responsibility. We work in close partnership with parents, carers, local authorities, health professionals and other agencies to ensure every child receives the care, support and protection they need. We believe that parents and carers are our most important partners. By working together, sharing information appropriately and maintaining open, honest communication, we can provide children with the consistency, security and support they need to flourish.
