We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our committed team, supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced practitioner who thrives in a busy school environment and is committed to helping every learner succeed. Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality learning support, promoting positive behaviour, and helping students overcome barriers to learning. You will be instrumental in creating an inclusive, engaging and supportive environment where all students can flourish. Please note the ideal candidate needs to hold a minimum of 2 years experience working with children in a HLTA role and experience working and understanding the needs of children with ASC/SEMH needs.
