The predicted salary is between 90000 - 110000 Β£ per year.

We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher to join our senior leadership team at Maple House.

The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring that every student fells safe, valued and empowered to succeed.

As the Deputy Headteacher (Inclusion, safeguarding and culture), you will be responsible for leading safeguarding, inclusion, attendance, behaviour, wellbeing, pastoral provision, family engagement and school culture across Maple House School.

Additionally, as a Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) you will be providing strategic and operational leadership across all the above areas.

This role offers the opportunity to make a signficiant and lasting impact on the lives of our students through the development of outstanding safeguarding practice, inclusive provision and a positive school culture The successful applicant will ensure every student at Maple house is safe, supported and able to thrive.

While driving a culture of belonging and continuous improvement for both staff and students alike., Many of the children and young people who attend our specialist therapeutic schools have experienced significant adversity, trauma or complex life experiences.
