We are seeking talented and caring individuals who will make a difference to the lives of our residents. We are looking for an experienced Minibus Driver to join our staff, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.
Hours of work: 30 between Cranford, Riverside & Cowdray Care Homes.
To meet our company insurance requirements, you should have a minimum of 8 years of driving experience, with a preference for candidates who hold a D1 Driving Licence. As part of your role, you will be responsible for ensuring the vehicle’s documentation is up-to-date, coordinating with the central support office as necessary. When transporting residents, you will drive in a safe, responsible manner at all times. You will interact with residents professionally, responding to their needs with courtesy and respect. As the designated driver, you will also take responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the minibus. The safety of the residents is a top priority, and you will collaborate with the Wellbeing Lead to assist residents on and off the minibus securely and ensure they are properly strapped in throughout the journey.
Requirements:

- You will have a clean driving license that allows you to drive a minibus.
- You will be prepared to be available during working hours, to transfer residents to hospital, dental appointments etc.
