We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Whitecraigs Care Home for 39.5 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the Home’s operation in order to meet, or exceed targets whilst ensuring high quality care is delivered.
- Responsible for the management of staff in the care home and expected to take over full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
- Help train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work through direct teaching and by example.
- Involved in assisting the Home Manager with pre‑admission assessments of residents, ensuring residents care plans and daily records are maintained for each resident and promoting good liaison with the relatives of residents and outside agencies.
Qualifications
- Qualified registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
- SVQ 4 Management qualification or willingness to work towards this.
- Currently working in a similar role for at least one year.
- Able to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and lead them in the absence of the Home Manager.
