Hours: 44 hours per week – Night shift.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure residents are treated with respect, maintaining their rights to privacy, dignity, and choice at all times.
  • Provide supervision and support to care assistants, ensuring residents’ needs are met.
  • Assess residents’ needs and collaborate with the Nurse and Management to formulate care plans.
  • Support the Home Manager and Nurse to uphold the highest standards of care in accordance with care plans, National Care Standards, and SSSC Codes of Practice.

Qualifications

  • SVQ3 (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care.
  • Training in Medication Administration.
  • Previous experience as a senior in the care sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
