We are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team in Cowdray Care Home on a bank contract.
Locations include Portlethen and Stonehaven, Scotland, United Kingdom.
Responsibilities
- Care Assistants are at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting and encouraging meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection.
- Participate in person-centred activities, outings and events and promote lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents.
- Ensure the highest quality, person-centred care for all residents by supporting the delivery of each individual care plan.
- Promote the independence and choice of residents, making sure that their voice is heard through all elements of care and support.
- Provide variety and versatility, as no two days are the same.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Uphold the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion.
- You will be an effective communicator and work well as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Having your SVQ2 and previous experience in the care sector is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
