We are seeking a talented and caring individual to begin or continue a career in Social Care with us. Join our team at Meadowlark Care Home for 33 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care and support residents with activities that promote meaning and connection.
- Assist with personal care, including hygiene and toileting, following each resident’s care plan.
- Create positive mealtime experiences to enhance nutrition and hydration.
- Plan and participate in person‑centred activities, outings, and events.
