We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care. We are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team in Kingsmills for a variety of flexible contracts, including full-time and part-time, day and night shifts.

Our Care Assistants are at the forefront of resident engagement, supporting meaningful interactions to ensure residents live with purpose and connection. They participate in person-centered activities, outings, and events, promoting lifestyle and wellbeing choices for all residents. The role involves ensuring the highest quality, person-centered care, supporting individual care plans, promoting independence, and respecting residents' voices.

No two days are the same, with key responsibilities including:

  • Assisting with personal care
  • Supporting nutrition and hydration
  • Facilitating meaningful activities
  • Creating 1:1 moments

An essential aspect of the role is upholding the values of People, Friendly, Passionate, and Inclusion. Effective communication and teamwork are vital. Having your SVQ2 and previous care sector experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training is provided.
