We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Rosepark to cover maternity leave. Our nurses are essential to creating a positive culture and environment within our care homes. They play a key role in leading the care, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing of our residents while guiding and inspiring our teams to promote personalisation, compassion and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Support residents' clinical needs and promote emotional and social wellbeing.
- Lead with a person‑centred approach to all aspects of care and support.
- Ensure that care plans are accurate, personalised, and up to date using the Nourish platform.
- Mentor and support colleagues and junior staff, ensuring they are confident and skilled.
- Administer medication with utmost care and follow procedures to keep residents safe.
- Promote independence and encourage residents to live with purpose and maintain meaningful connection.
Qualifications
- To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of professional care standards required by the NMC code of conduct as well as knowledge of up to date clinical practices.
- You will be aware of Health and Safety procedures required in your role as Nurse and ensure they are followed.
- You will ideally have experience in a similar role and in leading a multi‑disciplinary team and acting as the Nurse in Charge.
