We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nurses to join our team, where you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents every day. Our nurses are at the heart of our care home, ensuring the highest quality of life for all who call it home. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Rosepark to cover maternity leave. Our nurses are essential to creating a positive culture and environment within our care homes. They play a key role in leading the care, lifestyle, and overall wellbeing of our residents while guiding and inspiring our teams to promote personalisation, compassion and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Support residents' clinical needs and promote emotional and social wellbeing.
- Lead with a person‑centred approach to all aspects of care and support.
- Ensure that care plans are accurate, personalised, and up to date using the Nourish platform.
- Mentor and support colleagues and junior staff, ensuring they are confident and skilled.
- Administer medication with utmost care and follow procedures to keep residents safe.
- Promote independence and encourage residents to live with purpose and maintain meaningful connection.
Qualifications
- To be considered for this role you will be a qualified Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong knowledge of professional care standards required by the NMC code of conduct as well as knowledge of up to date clinical practices.
- You will be aware of Health and Safety procedures required in your role as Nurse and ensure they are followed.
- You will ideally have experience in a similar role and in leading a multi‑disciplinary team and acting as the Nurse in Charge.
