We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team in Meadowlark Care Home for bank shifts.
Your main duties as receptionist are to welcome all visitors to the care home courteously, determine the reason for their visit and check their identity before notifying the appropriate staff member. β Ensure the reception area is presentable at all times β Answer the telephone and respond to all enquiries at reception. β Re-direct enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner. β Provide administrative support to the Home Manager and Administrator, as and when required. β Process documentation on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. β Operate office equipment such as fax, photocopier and computer, as and when required. β Maintaining the visitors register in line with Company policy. β In conjunction with the Administrator, ensure accurate filing systems are maintained. β To ensure mail is correctly distributed.
