We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team in Whitecraigs Care Home for 39.5 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the Home’s operation in order to meet, or exceed targets whilst ensuring high quality care is delivered.
  • Responsible for the management of staff in the care home & expected to take over full management in the absence of the Home Manager.
  • Help train and supervise care staff in all aspects of their work through direct teaching and by example.
  • Involved in assisting the Home Manager with pre‑admission assessments of residents, ensuring residents care plans and daily records are maintained for each resident and promoting good liaison with the relatives of residents and outside agencies.

Qualifications

  • You are a qualified registered Nurse with a current NMC registration.
  • You have SVQ 4 Management qualification or are willing to work towards this.
  • You are currently working in a similar role and have been for at least one year.
  • You are able to work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team and lead them in the absence of the Home Manager.
