We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Domestic Assistant at Renaissance Care. In this role, you will help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents, ensuring they feel at home and valued.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop meaningful relationships with residents.
- Include residents in daily activities that may interest them.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in the home.
- Ensure residents' environment is clean, tidy, homely, and welcoming.
- Clean all personal rooms, en-suites, and communal areas, including lounge, dining, and bathroom facilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role or sector.
- Good understanding of COSHH, HACCP, and infection control procedures.
- Strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Confident working independently when needed.
- Keen eye for detail.
