Do you want to be part of a new, expert-led model of physical rehabilitation that puts patients at the centre? Are you a credible clinical leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, sets exceptional standards, and enjoys building multidisciplinary clinical services from the ground up? If so, Renaiss Health is offering a career-defining opportunity.
About Renaiss Health: Renaiss Health is a new, purpose-led healthcare provider backed by Bridges Fund Management, developing a network of high-quality, sustainable physical rehabilitation centres across London and the Southeast. Their purpose is simple - to enable people to recover the life they love. Their first centre will open in Richmond in Summer 2027 - a beautifully designed environment with exceptional clinical standards, best-in-class operational workflows, and a one team culture built on empathy, innovation, and positive impact.
This is an organisation that stands for:
- Professional Pioneers – championing innovation
- Focused on You – the individual matters
- Impact Positive – delivering meaningful outcomes for clients, colleagues, and the community
The Role: The Clinical Services Manager is a pivotal member of the Centre Leadership Team, shaping the culture, quality, and clinical standards of the Richmond centre; before, during and after opening. The role has two distinct phases:
- Build Phase (pre-opening): Whilst contributing to the wider development of the Richmond proposition, you will help design and operationalise all elements of the clinical service:
- Governance and quality frameworks
- Clinical pathways
- Policies, procedures, and SOPs
- Staffing models and workforce planning
- CQC readiness
- Exceptional client-centred care
- Consistently high standards
- Regulatory compliance
- Safe and efficient clinical operations
- An empowered, engaged clinical team
This is hands-on leadership with strategic input, ideal for someone who can balance a clinical caseload, operational discipline, quality assurance, and genuine compassion.
Who Is This For: You will likely thrive if you are:
- An experienced clinical leader (NMC registered) with strong governance, quality, and CQC knowledge
- Skilled at leading multi-disciplinary teams and setting exceptionally high operational standards
- Comfortable with complexity, pace, and evolving structures
- Naturally credible with clinicians, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Motivated by purpose, impact, and building something world class from day one
This is an environment defined by collaboration, curiosity, inclusion, and professional excellence.
Why This Role Is Special: Because you're not stepping into someone else's legacy, you're creating it. You'll shape:
- Clinical excellence
- Centre culture
- Team identity
- Quality and safety
- Client experience
- A new, scalable model of rehabilitation
This is meaningful, visible leadership with long-term impact.
