The Role As our Social Media Manager, you'll become a key part of the agency, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery across multiple client accounts.
You'll work alongside me to transform ideas, strategy and shoot content into social-first campaigns that feel considered, premium and impossible to ignore.
This isn't a scheduling role.
It's a creative role.
You'll be responsible for ensuring every client consistently shows up online with content that feels authentic to their brand and genuinely connects with their audience.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing multiple client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and Tik Tok
- Designing premium graphics and carousel posts in Canva (we want someone super design led and has an eye for design)
- Planning and scheduling monthly content calendars
- Writing captions that reflect each client's tone of voice
- Rolling out content across all platforms
- Identifying reactive opportunities and social trends
- Working alongside our videographers and editors to maximise every shoot
- Supporting founder-led personal brands alongside practice and business accounts
- Communicating directly with clients and becoming a trusted extension of their team
- Reviewing performance and continuously improving content strategy Who We're Looking For You have experience managing multiple social media accounts professionally.
You're highly organised, proactive and obsessed with detail.
You have a fantastic eye for design and understand what makes content feel premium.
You genuinely enjoy social media and naturally keep up with trends before everyone else.
You're confident using Canva and understand typography, spacing, hierarchy and visual storytelling.
Experience within dentistry is highly desirable.
Bonus points if you've used AI tools such as Chat GPT, Claude, Higgsfield or Cap Cut as part of your workflow.
