- Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, and post production support.
- Configure and maintain core HCM modules including business process frameworks, security, and foundational setup.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
- Support multiple HCM functional areas such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll depending on scope.

- Build and maintain standard and advanced reports and dashboards.
