Job Description:
This is a core brand leadership position on the UKI marketing team.
Based in Central London, the Senior Brand Manager will lead Rémy Martin – an iconic premium cognac and a group of premium brandy brands. They will develop and deliver brand growth plans in line with the global strategies whilst adapting them to local consumer and trade requirements.
Main responsibilities are:
- Develop and implement UK brand strategies in collaboration with global teams and in alignment with the business objectives
- Lead the development and execution of brand plans, deliver on key metrics – e.g. A&P, volume, value, market share, brand equity
- Be a key contributor to and play a leading role in defining trade channel plans
- Analyse brand performance and ROI vs internal and market KPIs, lead performance evaluation analyses and presentations
- Manage partner agencies, roll-out brand communication platforms in relevant touchpoints, e.g. PR, events, media, influencer
- Lead the execution and post launch evaluations of NPD launches in the UK
- Experience in the UK, in FMCG or BWS, ready to step up to lead multiple brands of scale
- Consumer-centric, results driven, structured and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Collaboration and teamwork mindset with a positive problem-solving attitude
- Commercial acumen, able to efficiently drive brand plans to deliver on financial as well as consumer KPIs
- Ideally, with knowledge and passion for the spirits industry, understanding of UK drinks culture, on-trade and retail landscape.
