About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Brand Manager. This role will report directly into the Marketing Manager for the Cocktails Portfolio (Cointreau, Mount Gay rum, The Botanist Gin, Passoa).
What You Will Do
- Brand Management Support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, trade marketing, advocacy, finance and supply) to support the Marketing Manager in the implementation of trade and consumer facing activations: planning, coordination, and execution of music festivals activations (e.g. Taste of London, BST Hyde Park), brand events, product launches, trade shows and promotional activities.
- Assist in the creation of brand assets, with stock/POS/equipment management, logistics to ensure smooth event operations and provide excellent customer experiences.
- Establish strong working relationship with agency partners.
- Assist with budget tracking, PO and vendor creation, provide administrative support to the wider brand team.
- Analysis and Reporting
- Support brand performance tracking and provide regular reports and analysis to the Marketing Manager.
- Conduct regular market analysis and monitoring of industry trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities.
What You Bring
- Proven interest in Marketing and or Brand Management.
- Strong interest for the spirits industry.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Excellent organizational and Project Management skills.
- A mindset focused on solutions, curiosity, and growth.
- Bonus: experience in event coordination and support.
